In this webcast we provide a brief introduction into the topic of AI. In particular, we demonstrate how field service organizations can benefit from predictions for future events using machine learning as a subcategory of AI. In this way, service organizations can reach a new level of efficiency. Based on historical data, it is now possible to give relatively precise forecasts about future service incidents, e.g. order duration, needed spare parts or interference volume.
