Op 21 September mogen wij voor het Service Logistics Forum (SLF) een Engelstalig webinar verzorgen over de inzet van kunstmatige intelligentie op het gebied van service planning.

De omschrijving:

In this webcast we provide a brief introduction into the topic of AI. In particular, we demonstrate how field service organizations can benefit from predictions for future events using machine learning as a subcategory of AI. In this way, service organizations can reach a new level of efficiency. Based on historical data, it is now possible to give relatively precise forecasts about future service incidents, e.g. order duration, needed spare parts or interference volume. Client cases will be used to show ins and outs more in detail.
